Twenty years of professional work as a clinician, manager, and Executive Director for agencies serving incarcerated youth, elderly clients, street youth, and victims of sexual assault and sex trafficking. Extensive experience establishing relationships with a broad spectrum of law enforcement officials to create mutually beneficial working relationships to best extricate victims of assault, mental abuse, criminal organizations, gangs, and dysfunctional family systems. Successful grant writing and fundraising to provide broad-based services to victims. Significant community awareness-building activities as to the plight of various victims of abuse and assault. Educational background of training in psychology, sociology, and criminal justice systems, including two undergraduate degrees from San Francisco State University, and a Masters Degree from St. Cloud State University, including clinical work at San Quentin State Prison with death row inmates. Numerous professional presentations for professional associations, law enforcement agencies, military staff and personnel, colleges and universities, legislative and governmental bodies, and community organizations.
